I graduated as a mechatronics engineer in 2019. I have always been precise in any kind of work I’ve done, which is one of the reasons I chose the engineering profession. However, ever since childhood I’ve been interested in everything related to cars, including driving.
By the age of 18, I had obtained every possible driver’s license except for the “D” vehicle category, and over the past years I have gained valuable experience in traffic. Now, I would like to share this knowledge and practice with my future students in a youthful and dynamic environment.

Let me introduce myself! My name is Patrik Szilágyi, and I am a driving instructor.
I know that learning to drive is an exciting step in your life! Although my journey began differently, during my years with the police I gained valuable experience in how important safety and traffic rules are. This knowledge and mindset are what I bring to my lessons – so that you become not only exam-ready but also confident in real traffic situations!
With me, a calm and supportive atmosphere is always guaranteed. I believe that practice makes perfect, so our lessons will focus on real driving situations. Whether it’s your very first time behind the wheel, or you already have a license but want to feel more confident, you are more than welcome!

Driving – whether it’s a car, a motorcycle, or even a boat – has always been an essential part of my life.
I consider myself fortunate: my father first put me on a motorcycle when I was just 6 years old, and by the age of 14 I was already driving laps on a closed track with an old Suzuki.
These early experiences made me fall in love with driving forever, and it’s this passion that I strive to share with my students.
My goal is for driving not to feel like an obligation for you, but rather an enjoyable activity.
During my lessons, you can expect a youthful yet professional atmosphere. My aim is to ensure that each student masters the basics of safe driving while also preparing for the challenges of everyday traffic. At the moment, I teach with two cars: a manual Honda Jazz 1.4 and an automatic Toyota Auris Hybrid. Upon request, both cars can be included in the training, even if you plan to take your driving test in a manual car. The advantage of this is that you won’t be surprised later when driving a vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission.
I am flexible with pickup points, as I want to make my students’ lives easier.
I earned my university degree in Economics in 2015 in the UK, and later lived for several years in a German-speaking country. This means I can also provide instruction in English or German without any difficulty.
